Is available on Demonoid as PDF file 27.10MB and is a very good scan of the book.
This book is his first and considered to be his best but is out of print so it's good to see it available for those who don't wish to pay over £50 for a copy.
EDIT:I have uploaded the PDF here for a more direct and faster download, I may do this for other books as torrent can take an age to download.
